In accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by LMC as data controller within the scope described below.

1. Data Controller: LMC processes your personal data as data controller under the KVKK.
2. Processed Data: Identity, contact, customer transaction, request/complaint, transaction security and cookie records may be collected.
3. Purposes: Providing products/services, evaluating quote and project requests, customer relations, technical support and fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Transfer: Data may be transferred to authorized institutions and suppliers in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
5. Your Rights: You may submit requests under Article 11 of the KVKK to info@lmcendustri.com; applications are concluded within 30 days.

2. Co-Creation: Molds and samples produced in co-creation remain under LMC custody until an NDA is signed.
3. Confidentiality: Shared technical specifications and project files are used only for evaluation purposes.

Teslimat Süreci

1. Sipariş Onayı: Ödeme onayı sonrası sipariş hazırlanır.
2. Hazırlık & Paketleme: Ürünler kontrol edilip paketlenir.
3. Kargoya Teslim: Takip numarası SMS/e-posta ile paylaşılır.
4. Teslimat: Türkiye geneli 1–5 iş günü içinde teslim edilir.

• 2.500 TL ve üzeri siparişlerde ücretsiz kargo
• 1.000 TL – 2.499 TL arası: 79,90 TL
• 1.000 TL altı siparişlerde: 99,90 TL

B2B ve toptan siparişlerde teslimat ve kargo koşulları proje bazlı olarak değişebilir.

• Özel Üretim & Baskılı Ürünler: Logo baskılı, nakışlı veya özel dikim siparişlerde hazırlık süresi 5–15 iş günü arasında değişebilir.
• Teslimat Adresi: Sipariş sırasında girilen adrese teslimat yapılır; adres değişikliği kargoya verilmeden önce değerlendirilir.
• Teslim Alınamayan Kargolar: Adreste bulunmama veya hatalı adres durumlarında yeniden sevkiyat/iade koşulları kargo firması politikasına göre uygulanır.
